1. Overview of Ads Manager

What is Ads Manager?

The Ads Manager in is your unified control panel for monitoring and managing ad campaigns across platforms. It brings together data from Google Ads and Facebook Ads, giving you a single, powerful dashboard to track performance, behavior, and conversions.

✅ Prerequisite: You must connect your ad accounts before using Ads Manager.

Key Features

  • Unified Dashboard: View and manage all ad campaigns—regardless of platform—from one place.

  • Real-Time Data: Seamless integration with Boolean Maths Pulse to track live user behavior and conversions.

  • Deep Insights: Go beyond platform metrics with Pulse-enhanced data like Add-to-Cart, Wishlist, and Chat Initiated.

  • Smart Filtering: Easily filter and sort campaigns based on metrics, platforms, and statuses.

  • Custom View: Tailor your dashboard by hiding columns and setting your preferred date range.

2. Navigating the Ads Manager

Before You Start

Make sure you’ve connected at least one ad account via the Connect Account page. Only then will your campaigns appear here.

Step 1: Viewing Campaigns

Once accounts are connected, your Ads Manager will display all campaigns from Facebook and Google in a unified table view.

Campaign Table Includes:
  • Campaign Names with links to platform-level analytics

  • Key Ad Metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, and Conversions

  • Pulse Metrics

    • Purchases

    • Views

    • Add-to-Cart / Remove-from-Cart

    • Wishlist actions

    • Checkout Started/Finished

    • Signups / Logins

    • Coupon use

Step 2: Filtering and Sorting

Use built-in tools to refine what you see:

  • By Platform – Google or Facebook

  • By Status – Active or Inactive

  • By Metric – Filter by highest CPC, most conversions, etc.

  • Date Range – Customize reporting window to your specific analysis needs

  • Hide Columns – Focus only on what matters to you

Step 3: Understanding Pulse Metrics

In addition to platform-provided metrics, Boolean Maths Pulse offers powerful insights by tracking actual user behavior on your website in real time.

Pulse Tracks:

  • Product interactions (add/remove cart, wishlist)

  • Customer journey steps (checkout, signups)

  • Engagement triggers (likes, shares, chats)
