# Create and Manage Brands

In Booleanmaths, **Brands** help you organize and track your customers, store activity and marketing campaigns separately for different products, business units, or clients. This guide covers how to **create a brand, share access with team members, and delete a brand** when no longer needed.

### **1. Create a Brand**

Follow these steps to create a new brand in Booleanmaths:

### Steps

* Visit the [Booleanmaths Dashboard](https://app.booleanmaths.com/).
* Click on **Add Brand**
* Fill in the required Brand Information
* You can also upload a **Brand Logo** for easy identification.
* Click on **Finish and Close**
* Your brand is now created and ready to be used!

### **2. Sharing a Brand with Team Members**

Admins can give access to other members of your organisation to collaborate on a brand.

### Steps

* Visit the [Booleanmaths Dashboard](https://app.booleanmaths.com/) with your Admin account.
* Click on **Manage your Brands**
* Click on the **Share** Icon
* Enter an email-id to invite them to access the Brand.
* If they do not have have a Booleanmaths account. They will need to create one to accept the invite.
* The default access granted is **Read Only.** You can change this to **Edit**.
* The Admin can also **Remove** access for members,

### **3. Deleting a Brand**

⚠ **Important:** Deleting a brand will remove all associated tracking data permanently. This action **cannot** be undone.

### Steps

* Visit the [Booleanmaths Dashboard](https://app.booleanmaths.com/) with your Admin account.
* Click on **Manage your Brands**
* Click on the **Delete** Icon
* A pop-up will appear asking to type DELETE in the text field. This is a precaution to prevent accidental deletes.
* Type DELETE and then click on DELETE.
* Your brand has now been deleted.
